windows7系统，更新独立安装程序出错
报错是无法启动服务器，原因可能是已被禁用或与其相关联的设备没有启动
错误代码：0x80070422

解决方法：

复制下面的文本，然后将文本粘贴到记事本中：

sc config wuauserv start= auto
sc config bits start= auto
sc config DcomLaunch start= auto
net stop wuauserv
net start wuauserv
net stop bits
net start bits
net start DcomLaunch

另存为“Repair.bat”，然后以管理员身份运行。
